How much are the shipping costs?

For individuals:

  • In metropolitan France: shipping costs 1.00€ TTC for all orders delivered.

  • Outside metropolitan France: shipping costs are calculated according to the package’s weight. No order minimum applied.

For professionals:

  • In metropolitan France and for 100€ HT orders and over, shipping costs are offered for any delivery.

  • Outside of metropolitan France: shipping costs are calculated according to the package’s weight. No order minimum applied.

Can I receive samples?

Unfortunately, we do not have samples. However, testers can be offered to our hair professionals’ customers upon request.

How do I know whether the product I want to buy is in stock?

Any product you can add to the cart is in stock. When a product is out of stock, this is indicated on the product sheet. We manufacture our products ourselves, when the products are out of stock, we do our best to manufacture them as quickly as possible.

How do I pay for my order?

Payment methods available:

  • Credit card (Carte Bleue, E-CarteBleu, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and Master Card), through the CyberPlus Paiement secure system (online payment tool provided by the Banque Populaire).
  • By check (the order will be processed and shipped as soon as the check is cleared)

  • PayPal payment (redirection on the Paypal website, Paypal's general terms of use apply)

  • Wire transfer: professionals only

 

Delivery & Tracking

What delivery methods are available?

In metropolitan France for individuals:

  • For small parcels (less than 250G and 3cm thick): shipment by Lettre Suivie.

  • For standard parcels (over 500G and 3cm thick): shipment via So Colissimo. Delivery at home, by appointment, in Cityssimo, at the post office or at a shop.

Outside metropolitan France for individuals:

  • All parcels ship through Colissimo.

In metropolitan France for professionals:

  • All parcels ship through So Colissimo.
  • Delivery at home, by appointment, in Cityssimo, at the post office or at a shop.

Outside metropolitan France for professionals:

  • All parcels ship through Colissimo.

What are the delivery times?

For metropolitan France:

  • The modes of delivery proposed on our site allow you to be delivered within 48 hours (as soon as you receive the shipping email from us).

  • Packages are shipped the very same day the order was processed, or the next day.

For outside metropolitan France:

  • Packages are delivered between 3 and 8 days for any delivery (guaranteed delivery times by La Poste - Colissimo Expert International).

  • Packages are shipped the very same day the order was processed, or the next day.

How can I track my package?

K pour Karité orders are shipped by So Colissimo or Lettre Suivie.

The tracking information is detailed in the shipping email, sent as soon as the package is shipped.

You can also find them on your account if you have created one before or during the order.

What information can I find on the shipping email?

  • The mode of delivery (SoColissimo or Lettre Suivie)

  • The shipping/tracking number

I have not received a dispatch email?

Before contacting the K pour Karité service, please don't forget to check the emails classified as "junk mail" in your mailbox.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Did you change your mind after you placed the order?

If your product doesn't meet your expectations, don't worry. In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons or pay a penalty. However, please note that opened and/or used products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Your package is damaged, a product is missing, you did not receive the right item?

Upon receipt of your package, you have 30 days to contact us. To do so, contact our customer service department which will send you a prepaid return label in case of an error on our part. In this case, the return is handled by K pour Karité.

 

Product quality

Are the products tested on animals?

Any of the K pour Karité products are tested on animals. We carefully select our suppliers so that the raw materials used in the composition of our products are not tested on animals either.

Are the products made in France?

All K pour Karité products are made in the Loire county (in Luriecq), and are guaranteed "Made in France".

 

Account closure

Once my account is deleted, to what information will I have access to?

Once your account is closed, you will no longer have access to your profile including your order history. All data in your account will be deleted.

How do I close my account?

To close your account, please contact our Customer Service via the contact form in order to make a request. The request will be processed as soon as possible.
